Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
Custom software development services that have already been initiated or completed.
Products or services purchased at a discount or as part of a special promotion.
Monthly subscription fees after the service has been rendered.
Refund Process

Review: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to process the refund.
Approval: If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
If the product has been partially used or is no longer in its original condition.
If the refund request is made after 30 days but within 60 days of the purchase date.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please contact us at support@setupsmartapps.com.
